How long will it take for you to process my order?

Generally, our turnaround time is 7-10 business days (1.5-2 weeks). Our turnaround time frames do not include weekends or holidays.

I need my order sooner than your stated turnaround time. Can you help me?

Usually, we can! You will need to send us a convo before placing your order, so that we can let you know if we can fit you into the schedule (otherwise, we have no way of knowing that this is a rush order situation). Please note that we can only guarantee a ship date, not a delivery date, as we have no control over USPS.

What information do I need to provide for you to monogram my order, and how do I provide this information?

Please indicate the details for each item you are ordering in the "notes to seller" text box at checkout. Generally, the information we need to fulfill your order is as follows:

*Item color (if there is a variation in the listing);
*Monogram initials (in first-LAST-middle order as they will be shown on your item in this manner, with the last name initial centered and larger);
*Monogram thread color;
*Monogram font;
*A reminder of any details we may have agreed upon beforehand (such as a ship-by date that is sooner than our normal turnaround time);
*If you would like to see a design proof, please indicate this here as well (NOTE: due to high order volume, we do not offer design proofs during the month of December).

I just received my order and realized that I made a mistake in listing the monogram information. Will you send me a new one?

Due to the custom nature of monogramming, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items due to errors made on the buyer's part; therefore, it is imperative that you double-check the details you provided at checkout. If you are unsure of whether you provided the correct information, please send us a convo and we will be happy to help. We also offer design proofs upon request as a way for you to ensure that your monogram will look exactly as you envisioned it.

With that said, we do guarantee the quality of our designs. If there has been an error on our part, or a manufacturing defect in the product, we will be happy to replace your item. If this is the case, please let us know via Etsy convo within 7 days from receipt.

What if I left out some details needed to complete my order?

If we have any questions, we will contact you via Etsy convo. We recommend that you have an email address that you check regularly linked to your Etsy account for this purpose, because we cannot fulfill your order until we receive a response from you!

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes! Please send us a convo for a quote on a large order.

Yes! You can find us at The Dune Shops at MP 4.5, on the 158 Bypass in Kitty Hawk, NC. We hope you will visit us during your next Outer Banks vacation!

I accidentally entered the wrong address when I placed my order! What do I do?

It's extremely important that you double check your address BEFORE placing your order, because address changes are a manual process that are subject to human error. Please contact us immediately with your correct address, and we will do our best to honor it.

I need delivery on or before a certain date. Can you guarantee that delivery date?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, because we have no control over the carrier's handling of a package once they are in possession of it. This policy includes Christmas orders. The best way for you to guarantee delivery of your order when you need it is to allow enough lead time for us to create your order (2 weeks) plus enough time for shipping (usually up to one week).
